Buying from the Finnalby Registry

Have you heard someone is registered on the Finnalby Registry for their Wedding or Baby Shower? Or New Home? Anniversary? Birthday? Or another Occasion?

Finnalby Registry purchases are a smooth and uncomplicated process for you to get that perfect gift they want and you can do it right from your couch. 

To buy an item from the Finnalby Registry,

1. Set up a Finnalby buyer account

2. Browse through the names on registry, and when you identify the perfect gift 

3. Press the Select button below the item, 

4. Add to Cart in the sidebar, 

5. Review your cart, 

6. Proceed to checkout

7. Choose to either ship the gift directly to the registrants' indicated address or have it delivered to you. 

Note: 

If you have other items in your cart, you will need to temporarily remove them to facilitate direct shipment to the registrant. 

Privacy:

To maintain privacy, the registrant's address is concealed during checkout. 

After completing your gift purchase, you can conveniently monitor the shipping status of your order on Finnalby.com or on the Finnalby app. 

Returns and Cancellations:

Each Finnalby seller manages their own orders and decides on cancellations, refunds, and returns. Sellers are not obligated to accept returns, exchanges, or offer a refund unless stated in the return policy on their listing.  If the seller agrees to accept a return, be sure to agree on the specifics in a message prior to returning the item. 

Damages in Shipping:

When buying a registry gift, in the unlikely circumstance that the item is damaged, does not arrive, or is not as described by the seller, you may qualify for Finnalby Order Protection Program. In case of any issues, you'll be able to check whether or not the item is eligible for the program. 

Customizations:

Registrants may have the option to add specific customizations to items in their Finnalby Registry. After choosing the item, you will see the selected customization in the sidebar. This will help ensure that you buy the unique and customized gift that the registrants will adore for years to come.
