Finnalby Select Progam Policy

This guideline constitutes a portion of our Terms of Service Policy. When you establish a Wholesale Account on Finnalby for selling Wholesale transactions, you consent to this policy and our Terms of Service Policy.  The Finnalby Select (“Select”) plan is for American Wholesale Sellers who have had a previous relationship with their brand prior to the Reseller joining Finnalby as a member. 

a. Finnalby Select offers Wholesale Sellers the opportunity to receive orders and handle payments from their previous retail relationships by utilizing their custom Finnalby QR Code or Select link and associated tools (such as chat) available on the site.

b. Being a Wholesale Seller on Finnalby, you'll incur 0% commission on eligible Finnalby Select orders from Resellers, fulfilling the following criteria (each being a "Qualified Finnalby Select Order"):

(i)  When a Reseller registers for Finnalby and establishes a valid new account using your Finnalby Select QR Code, Finnalby Select Link or Finnalby Invitation Email; and

(ii)  The New Reseller is not a member of Finnalby at the time the link or QR Code is used to create an account, or

(iii)  The New Reseller has not created an account on Finnalby prior to the Finnalby Invitation Email being sent by Finnalby, or

(iv)  If you provide acceptable documentation to substantiate a prior relationship with the Retailer. The documentation should align with Finnalby's policy of a paid invoice showing the New Reseller purchasing product from the Wholesale Seller within the previous 12 months, shipping to the address they have listed on their Reseller account, and receiving written approval from Finnalby.

c. All Qualified Finnalby Select Orders are subject to Finnalby's verification and Finnalby reserves the right to scrutinize and/or withdraw any prior approval or acceptance of a Qualified Finnalby Select Order (including the underlying Finnalby Select relationship) deemed eligible for 0% commission. This revocation might occur due to reasons such as fraud, error, similar incidents, or violation of the Wholesale Seller Terms of Service.

d. Evidence validating an order's status as a Qualified Finnalby Select Order must be furnished before your order payout date. Finnalby does not provide refunds of Commissions on orders that have already been compensated; however, subsequent orders from the relevant Reseller will be treated as Qualified Finnalby Select Orders, with the 0% commission being applicable from the time Finnalby's written confirmation indicating eligibility for Finnalby Select is communicated by Finnalby to the Wholesale Seller.

If you or the New Reseller fail to adhere to this policy you may have your accounts suspended or terminated. Finnalby won't be responsible for any such non-compliance. Invitations, QR Codes and Links have an expiration date.

Involvement in the Finnalby Select Program is void where prohibited by law. Finnalby reserves the sole right to modify or terminate this program at any time. As a Referrer in the Finnalby Select Program, you must comply with all anti-spam laws. By participating in the Finnalby Select Program, you agree that Finnalby may disclose information related to your referral activity. All Referrers are responsible for any tax obligations resulting from the Referral Incentives they receive from Finnalby. Finnalby is not liable for any lost, fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise compromised referral-related materials or correspondence.
